RINSE are a summer-grunge four-piece from Stoke-on-Trent.

Since forming in 2014, this quartet consisting of Josh Hollingworth (vocalist & guitarist), Richard Hewitt (guitarist), Josh Hassall (bassist) and Oliver McNicolas (drummer) have been creating quite the buzz amongst an evergrowing fanbase.

Throughout 2015 they shared bills with the likes of The Horrors, Gengahr, Professor Green and Palma Violets before finishing off the year by releasing their EP; Lude Jaw.

Previously the boys of RINSE have been featured in Kerrang! and on BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio.

In the past few weeks the boys played the first ever Hoy Fest (Cardiff) and supported Gengahr and Jaws on their current / recently finished tours and now they finish another year off with a new release, this time a single called 'With You'.

My first listen to this track came when one of the Josh's from the band got in touch with me, I had previously listened to the bands EP Lude Jaw and very much liked it which gave me a little bit of hope that I would also like this release.

I was correct to this would be the case.

This track gives off a kind of dream-pop vibe but it isn't fully fitting of that genre which makes why they are a self-proclaimed summer-grunge band clear. They have an edge which bridges the gap between the two genres which is definitely not something I've heard much of before but something I think works pretty well and I'm glad the band have done.

After listening to this single twice it became clear that this song was going to be stuck in my head for a while due to its undoubtedly catchy nature. It isn't a song which where after a few listens you get sick of it and therefore can't listen to it again for a very long while.

My personal favourite thing about this song are the accentuated bass licks. These alongside the guitar, solid drum beats and vocals alike make 'With You' to be a fabulous musical concoction.

Their music echoes experience, they have clearly experimented a lot with their sound and ended up with the merger they currently have.

Explosive throughout with a psychedelic infusion, this track is one I recommend that everyone who reads this piece listens to:
